What we do to honor them
- HotSpot's copyright line and license paragraphs travel with every copy, source or binary.
- The Apache-2.0 license travels with every copy of TAP-2.5D. Upstream has no NOTICE file. Any TAP file we modify carries a change notice at its top.
- SuperLU's notice is reproduced inside the binary distribution (the container image).
- No GPL code enters this project.
No endorsement
Neither the University of Virginia, the HotSpot contributors, nor the TAP-2.5D authors endorse or promote this lab or its results. Their names appear here only to attribute their software, as their licenses require.

This lab's own code
The lab's own new code carries no open-source license yet; all rights are reserved by its owner until one is chosen. Results are synthetic research outputs (HotSpot 7, research package defaults), not silicon sign-off.
